Armchairs with broad arms and deep seats
Outside arms may make a chair harder to pass through a doorway than its cushion suggests. Measure full width, depth and back height. Describe rotation, tilt and reclining features. A large armchair is not automatically a small sofa; construction identifies the appropriate option.
Office chairs with star bases and gas lifts
Arms, wheels and bases can project. Give outside measurements and whether height adjustment works. Do not open a gas cylinder yourself. A large office chair has a separate selection; use the actual configuration rather than the general word chair.
Rise-and-recline chairs and powered mechanisms
Describe motor, supply, controls and current position. Failure may leave the chair extended; report that before confirmation. Follow manufacturer instructions when disconnecting and keep associated controls and power components with the chair.
Distinguish bar stools, folding chairs and rocking chairs
Bar stools have elevated seating and possibly footrests; folding chairs have moving hinges; rockers have projecting curved bases. Identify construction and stability. Avoid stacking broken chairs when parts could detach.
A dining bench or separate indoor bench
A long bench beside a table is not several individual chairs. Provide length, backrest and any fixed attachment. Plain indoor benches and upholstered dining benches have distinct selections. Empty under-seat storage and describe it.

Remove bags, throws and belongings you keep. Report stains, moisture, heavy contamination or suspected pests. Supply present position, floor and access. Assessment and confirmation precede pickup; payment request or cash follows collection immediately.

The pickup rate is €150 in Noord-Holland, Zuid-Holland, Utrecht and Flevoland; €250 in Gelderland, Overijssel and Noord-Brabant; and €350 in Groningen, Friesland, Drenthe, Zeeland and Limburg. Add the selected furniture prices. All amounts include VAT. There are no additional charges for floors, lifts or kilometres. The full-day arrival window is included; a half-day costs €15 extra and a three-hour window €25.

Identify damaged rockers and joints. Projecting broken base sections must be known during preparation.
How do I count stacked folding chairs?
Count each complete chair separately. Explain whether they fold safely and report damaged hinges.
Can a dining bench be counted as table chairs?
Select it separately. It is another furniture type, not a quantity of independent chairs.
Does upstairs chair collection add a fee?
No. Still provide access and lift dimensions, especially for broad armchairs and powered seating.
Must a dirty seat cushion be cleaned before requesting?
Describe soiling accurately and remove loose contents and liquid. Heavy contamination or suspected pests need assessment beforehand.
