Send a photo via WhatsApp
Message a photo of the item or the room to 020 308 6033, along with a short description: transport, clearance, pickup or relocation, and the address. If there’s a tricky staircase or narrow doorway, send a photo of that too.
Price within 5 minutes
Based on the photo and your description, we’ll tell you the price within 5 minutes. No quote form, no days of waiting: you know exactly where you stand right away.
Schedule a moment
If you agree to the price, we pick a day and time together that suits you. That’s often possible within a few days, sometimes even the next day.
The job, and a clean finish
On the agreed day we show up, carry out the job and leave things tidy. For transport or relocation we do the lifting and carrying; for clearance or pickup we make sure the space is left empty and clean.
Frequently asked questions
What if I can’t get a clear photo?
Try a couple of angles, that’s usually enough. If something’s missing, we’ll simply ask for an extra photo before giving a price.
What if I don’t get a price within 5 minutes?
We always aim to hit that. If it doesn’t happen right away, for example at a very busy moment, you’ll hear from us as soon as possible after.
Can I still change the appointment after agreeing to the price?
Yes, just let us know as soon as possible via WhatsApp, and we’ll look at a new moment together.
Can the request be for someone else, like a family member?
Yes, just include the correct pickup and/or drop-off address in your WhatsApp message, even if the request isn’t for yourself.
What if the item doesn’t fit through the door or stairwell after all?
Let us know beforehand with a photo of the doorway, so we can plan the best route or possible disassembly. If it still doesn’t fit on the day itself, we’ll look at the options together on site.
