Make the inventory visible
Take photographs from the entrance and identify furniture hidden at the back. Keep tools you are retaining separate and explain whether a vehicle blocks the route.
Describe heavy workshop furniture
List benches, shelving, cabinets and appliances separately. Supply dimensions and materials for workbenches and state whether they are bolted to walls or floors.

Keep chemicals out
Oil, fuel, paint and gas cylinders do not belong in the collection inventory. Construction rubble is also excluded. Arrange suitable disposal for these materials separately.
Price after assessment
What determines the price of this clearance?
Volume helps describe the job, but does not tell the whole story. Two cubic metres of loose chairs can need different handling from the same volume behind a narrow roof hatch. We assess contents, access and requested work before confirming a price. The slider is an estimate, not a fixed per-cubic-metre quote. The provincial pickup rate plus the agreed contents price is the total: no extra charges for access, floors or arrival windows.
| Planning detail | What to provide |
|---|---|
| Volume and contents | Estimate the furniture volume with the slider. Describe loose pieces and large indivisible items. |
| Access and carrying route | Include floors, lift measurements, gates, thresholds and distance to the loading point. |
| Preparation and additional work | Identify dismantling requests, fixed attachments and items needing separate assessment. |
| Date and arrival window | Give your preferred date and any deadline. Availability and the final appointment require confirmation. |
You receive confirmation before the collection takes place. Payment follows directly after the agreed work, by payment request or cash. Submitting a request does not charge you.

Reuse, municipal collection or collection from your home?
If furniture is clean and usable, ask a new owner or reuse shop about acceptance first. Agree who will carry it out and arrange transport. For discarded furniture, check the bulky-waste rules for the actual address: appointment requirements, presentation times and accepted materials differ by municipality. Indoor collection is useful when the carrying and transport need arranging too; describe your situation for assessment.
